We offer four service options as below. There is no restrictions for access to the Internet. You can access as many times or as long as you like with no additional charge.

	(*6)	We have access points for every area code in Shizuoka Prefecture. Both analog line connection (up to 56Kbps) and ISDN line connection (64Kbps) are available.

Method of Payment

Web Shizuoka membership fee will be automatically withdrawn from a member's designated bank account on a monthly basis. Web Shizuoka's billing company, Nissenren, will notify a member of the amount and date of the debit to the account. The subscription fee for the optional services will be charged according to the payment of the membership fee.

Changing the Information about the Registered Member

If you have moved or any information about the registered member is changed, please keep us updated of your latest information at the "Changing the Information about the Registered Member" page.

Contact Renewal

Web Shizuoka membership will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis, unless otherwise requested.

Membership Cancellation

Web Shizuoka membership can be canceled on-line. If you wish to cancel the membership, please complete the forms on the "Cancellation of the Web Shizuoka Membership" page. Web Shizuoka will contact the member for confirmation. No partial refunds are given for cancellation.
