"FLET'S HIKARI PREMIUM" Service

NTT offers "FLET'S HIKARI PREMIUM" service in certain areas of Shizuoka Prefecture.  This optical fiber-based Internet access service is available to Web Shizuoka's "Multi Option" or "FLET'S HIKARI Option" subscribers. Please refer to NTT's web page for the details of this service.

(*) If you are already a Web Shizuoka member, 1,050 yen handling charge will be applicable to change service options. All prices are inclusive of 5% sales tax.

Registration procedures for obtaining this service

	1.You must be a subscriber of NTT's "FLET'S HIKARI PREMIUM" service.
	If you are not a subscriber of NTT's "FLET'S HIKARI PREMIUM" service, please sign up for this service at NTT (telephone number: 0120-111-701 available 9:00-21:00).
	[Note] NTT's "FLET'S HIKARI PREMIUM" service area has limited coverage. If you are not a recipient of "FLET'S HIKARI PREMIUM" service, you are not eligible for this service connection.

	2.Your subscribed service option must be "Multi Option" or "FLET'S HIKARI Option".
	If you are not a subscriber of Web Shizuoka's "Multi Option" or "FLET'S HIKARI Option" , please change your service options at "Sign up & Service Option Change".
	[Note] Web Shizuoka will upgrade your ID so that you can connect to Web Shizuoka via "FLET'S HIKARI PREMIUM" according to the date on which NTT provides you with this service. All the required information for "FLET'S HIKARI PREMIUM" connection will be sent via regular mail.

	3.Please configure your computer and connect to Web Shizuoka.
	Please see below and configure their computers using "FLET'S HIKARI PREMIUM START-UP Tool."
	[Note] NTT will provide the "FLET'S HIKARI PREMIUM START-UP Tool" software via regular mail so that the users can configure their computers. This software is available in the Japanese language version only.
