"FLET'S ADSL" Service

NTT offers "FLET'S ADSL" service in certain areas of Shizuoka Prefecture.  This ADSL-based Internet access service is available for the "Multi Option" or "FLET'S ADSL Option" subscribers. Please refer to NTT's web page for the details of this service.

Registration Procedures for Obtaining This Service

	1.You must be a subscriber of NTT's "FLET'S ADSL" service.
	If you are not a subscriber of NTT's "FLET'S ADSL" service, please sign up for this service at NTT (telephone number: 116 available 9:00-17:00).
	[Note] NTT's "FLET'S ADSL" service area has limited coverage. If you are not a recipient of NTT's "FLET'S ADSL" service, you are not eligible for this service connection.

	2.Your subscribed service option must be "Multi Option" or "FLET'S ADSL Option".
	If you are not a subscriber of the above mentioned service option, please change your service options at "Sign up & Service Option Change".
	[Note] If you change your service options to "FLET'S ADSL Option": Web Shizuoka will register your ID so that you can connect to Web Shizuoka via "FLET'S ADSL" according to the date on which NTT provides you with this service. All the required information for "FLET'S ADSL Option" will be sent via regular mail.

	3.Please configure your computer and connect to Web Shizuoka.
	Please see below and configure their computers using "FLET'S Connection Tool."
	[Note] NTT will provide the "FLET'S Connection Tool" software via regular mail so that the users can configure their computers. This software is available in the Japanese language version only.

	-	Your email address and email configuration will remain the same
	-	NTT will provide the "FLET'S Connection Tool" software via regular mail so that the users can configure their computers. This software is available in the Japanese language version only. If your OS is not Japanese based, then you will need a router or other PPPoE software such as RASPPPOE.

Note

-	"B FLET'S", "FLET'S ISDN" and "FLET'S ADSL" services cannot be used concurrently.

-	Internet services could be temporarily suspended either by Web Shizuoka or NTT.
